Faith-Build Group founded nearly 3 decades ago by our visionary managing director Shri Rajendra Patil. Our group guided by the principle of “Building The Trust”, Faith-Build Constructions is a leading real estate company with dominant presence in the Marathwada real estate market. Faith-Build Constructions incorporated in 1993 and having corporate office in Aurangabad.

The company has been building trust for over 30 years and has constructed and developed over 65 projects, which includes residential buildings, commercial complexes and development of ready to build plots across Aurangabad and near by areas. Every project of Faith-Build starts with the name “Udyog”, by this name Faith-Build created many iconic landmarks in the city.

Mr. Rajendra Patil is a Civil Engineer. He is a founder of Faith-Build Group. He has more than 30 years' experience in the real estate business for business development, land procurement, funding requirements and strategy. He heads the marketing and designing departments and also looks after construction management of projects. In span of over 30 years, because of his vision, Faith-Build Group has successfully completed real estate landmarks in residential, commercial and land development segments.

Mr. Swaraj R. Patil is the second-generation entrepreneur from the Faith Build family. A dynamic and versatile individual. Mr. Swaraj did his graduation in civil engineering from University of Pune, later he pursued the education in business management from Cranfield School of Management, United Kingdom. He is actively looking over technical, managerial and marketing part of Faith-Build Group. He believes future belongs to only those developers with a brand equity built on corporate governance, innovation and execution.
